act as a catalyst for the setting up of the ICT centers
based on entrepreneurial and service-driven model of Drishtee.
To establish linkages between community needs and the
ICT centers through various survey activities including
need assessment, bench marking and impact assessment.
To provide advisory services related to the ICT research,
analysis, community sensitization or mobilization activities.
To promote the usage of the ICT applications for the social
and economic development of the villagers.
To test the viability of various services and implementation
plans related to the ICT centers and ensuring their relevance
for all the stakeholders.
To assist in the development of content and application
to be deployed in the ICTs.
To build the capacity of the network users and implementers.
